What's up everyone, and welcome back!
NFL training camp is up and running, so there is no better time to dive into all the storylines across the league.
One of the most polarizing teams to follow this offseason is the Dallas Cowboys, so there is no better guest to bring on other than the one and only RJ Ochoa! RJ covers Dallas as the manager and editor-in-chief of Blogging the Boys for SBNation.
Make sure to check out all his content on Threads (@rjochoa) and the Blogging the Boys (@blogging.the.boys) news.
We don't only cover the Cowboys individually, but we also cover the NFC East as a whole with topics ranging from:
- Contracts, contracts, and more contracts
- Season outlook for each team
- Camp standouts across the board and who to look out for
- Who's going to win the NFC East
- What to expect for the rest of training camp and the start of the regular season
- and much more

What's up everyone, and welcome back!
New NBA episode is here, and we are continuing on from the last episode but taking it down to the player level this time. Last episode we talked about which teams we predict will take a step forward or back next year, and now we are going deeper and predicting which players we could see take a leap this upcoming season.
Who better to bring in for that conversation than the Bench Mob Ent. crew!
Tone, Miles, and Greg help me break down all of our predictions as we look for potential all-stars next year, key role players that could emerge, and guys that were traded to new destinations this offseason.
If you like hoops, you know what I always say, this is the episode for you!
Also, if you haven't already, make sure to follow the Bench Mob Ent. Podcast wherever you get your podcasts and on social media (@bme.podcast) as they produce a ton of great content across the board on all sports.

NBA offseason moves are starting to settle, so there has never been a better time to start predicting what teams we think will take a step forward, a step backwards, or stay the same next year.
And who better to have on for this topic then NBA Substack writer and NBAThreads very own, Aaron Bollwinkel!
Aaron is a writer who covers all things basketball on his Substack newsletter, "Live. Breathe. Ball." He is also being one of the OG contributors to the NBAThreads community on Meta's Thread app.

NFL training camp is upon us, so there are endless burning questions as we approach the regular season. Lucky for you, I brought on the CEO of TWSN and sports content creator, Malik Wright, to help break down all these pending questions and big storylines.
We cover questions such as:
- What teams are you the most excited for, that could take the biggest steps forward?
- Can a team that has been knocking on the door, actually get to the mountain top this year? Ravens, 49ers, Eagles, etc.
- Kansas City Chiefs 3-peat inevitable?
- Which teams could we see take a step back this year?
- Keep the good times rolling? The Texans, Lions, and Packers sure hope so... but can they?
- Which first round QB is going to have the most success in year one?
- and more!
If you haven't already, make sure to subscribe to the podcast, and also follow me on social media (@griffin_prock) and Malik (@wrightreport) for all your sports content needs.

The offseason has thrown some interesting curve balls at us to say the least, leading to a great conversation about NBA offseason's in general, so if you like hoops this is the episode for you!
On top of that, summer league has kicked off and we each give our initial thoughts on this draft class and the other rising young stars showing out in Vegas this month.

What's up everyone, and welcome back!
New solo episode is here, and today I am providing the news updates, storylines, and my thoughts on each of the 32 first round picks from the 2024 NFL Draft.
OTA's, minicamps, and everything else in between has been completed so far, so we have a ton of reports out of each team's locker room about how the rookies have held up so far.
The full force July training camps are right around the corner, so there is no better time to get everyone caught up on everything so far, while providing my perspective on each of the players.
Think of this episode as me reporting the news, if you will, but I make sure to explain what I think each of these rookie's first years could look like based on the info we have... but as you all know, time will tell.
As always, thank you for the support, and make sure to follow me on Threads / Instagram (@griffin_prock) for all my sports takes, updates, and opinions. Subscribe, leave a star rating, and share this podcast with a friend if you have been enjoying it.

- MVP & title favorites
- Clark vs Reese battle in this years rookie class
- General narratives surrounding the league
- and more
Then we head over to the other side of the basketball sphere and talk all things NBA offseason by covering topics like:
- NBA draft recap: the picks we liked and didn't like
- Free Agency: discussion around moves / trades already in motion, plus what to expect this upcoming week with free agency kicking off

Chris, Evan, and Ben are here to break down the NBA Finals so far with us, as well as look ahead to what's to come in game five... and maybe beyond?
We also dive into how Luka and the Mavericks can end this series on a high note and look forward to offseason moves that might take place.
If (and likely when) the Celtics take home the finals we need to predict and discuss who should win finals MVP and also which Celtics players have been the most impactful this season and during this playoff run.
We wrap up the podcast episode diving into all things OKC Thunder as we talk about what moves they should make this offseason, what defines success next year, and everything else in between.

What’s up everyone, and welcome back! The NFL Offseason is in full swing, so I had to bring on the man himself, Jarrett Bailey, who is plugged into all things NFL and more specifically all things AFC North.Jarrett writes all things NFL for USA Today, has the beat with SB Nation for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and has his own podcast called, “The Pump Fake". So, make sure to checkout all his stuff through his social media platforms (@realjarrettbailey).Today we focus in on the AFC North, which could be described as the best division in the NFL this year, and features many interesting storylines that we cover:- Steelers: Russ vs Fields - who is starting and why. Plus a dive into their roster construction as a whole this offseason throughout the players and coaching staff
- Bengals: Is the SB window closing? Team is getting expensive with many players wanting extensions.
- Ravens: Continued dominance or a step back? Jarrett provides great insights as to why he thinks the Ravens could look a lot different this year versus last.
- Browns: What defines success for them? The organization believes in the GM and HC, but do they have the pieces to put something together with Watson coming back after a year of injury?
- And much more!If you haven’t already, make sure to subscribe to the show and follow me on Threads/Instagram (@griffin_prock) where I post all my short form content and takes as it relates to the sports world.Thank you as always for the support!Cheers!
